Work on your green thumb with our planting classes

We are operating under the (Essential business) guidelines of our Governor Tim Walz. To all our dedicated spring planting enthusiasts, planter classes will run from April 20th - April 25th and April 27th -May 1st.

The classes will be limited to 4 people per class so we can maintain our social distance.

Class times will be:
10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
1 – 2:30 p.m.
3 – 4:30 p.m.
5 – 6:30 p.m.

Please make sure to call us at 218-384-4732 to secure a spot.

If these class times do not work for you. We are offering a second option of dropping off your planters and we will plant them for you. Please indicate what you would like regarding sunny shade or part shade, and plant preferences (such as no petunias or no yellow plants, etc.).

What can you expect from our planting classes? To take part in the class, you'll:

  • Bring or buy a pot: You'll need a 12-inch pot or larger.
  • Choose your plant: Select your plant based on its sunlight needs.
  • Let it grow: Leave your plant at our greenhouse for a few weeks.

Once your plant has had a chance to put down its roots, you can pick it up and take it home.
